Which Android tablet to buy in the 2026 Big Billion Days and Amazon Great Indian Festival

Questions

An Android tablet in a sale is easy to misread. The percent-off is often a cut from a hopeful MRP, the 5G model costs more than the Wi-Fi model the video meant, and the pen that makes the tablet useful for notes is frequently a second product.

Flipkart's public Big Billion Days sale opens on 9 October 2026, with early access the day before. Amazon's Great Indian Festival sits on the same week. I opened the Amazon listings below on 4 October 2026, before that early access. The figure on each card is the buy-box sticker that afternoon. It is not your checkout total. A card offer or an exchange can move it. This site has no Flipkart affiliate tag, so there is no Flipkart button. If you shop there, read that page yourself.

What the video was sorting

He was sorting by budget. A Xiaomi Pad 6 he had seen near ₹38,999, and he liked it if a sale took it under ₹35,000: a large LCD, Snapdragon 870, Wi-Fi, metal, Xiaomi Pen Pro support. Under ₹20,000, a OnePlus Pad Go with a 12.1-inch screen, 8GB, 128GB, a battery near 10,000mAh, and an 8MP camera. A Redmi Pad Pro 5G under about ₹35,000, with a hope of ₹25,000 once a discount landed, for people who want a SIM. A Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite around ₹35,000, 10.9 inches, Exynos 1380, One UI, and an S Pen in the box. A Motorola he called the Moto Tab G70 Pro, Wi-Fi, 13-inch 3.5K, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, around ₹37,000 and maybe under ₹35,000 in the sale.

The shorter list at the end was the one most people will shop. Under ₹20,000, a Redmi Pad 2. Under ₹30,000, a Xiaomi Pad 7 and a Lenovo with a stylus in the box. Around ₹40,000, a Xiaomi Pad 8, a Lenovo IdeaTab Pro 2, and maybe an 11th-generation iPad. Over ₹50,000, an older OnePlus Pad 2 or Pad 3. Above that, an iPad Air, and an M4 Pro only if one was still around, because the M5 was already out and dearer.

The rules that still hold

  • Take a screen over 10 inches, and over 11 if the budget allows. A 10.9-inch Samsung is the exception only because the pen is included.
  • 90Hz is the floor he set. 120Hz or 144Hz is the nicer panel, and several of the in-stock pages have it.
  • 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage was his minimum. The cheapest Redmi misses the RAM number. I have still listed it, with that number in the title.
  • Prefer Wi-Fi unless you already know the tablet needs its own SIM. A 5G sticker is often the same slab plus a radio you will not use.
  • A pen in the box is a real saving. Support for a pen means another checkout. The Samsung S Pen, the Lenovo pens, and the Xiaomi Pad 8 Creator's Edition pen are the included ones I could see on a listing. The others say support.
  • Four speakers are the nice-to-have he asked for. The Tab S10 Lite has two. The OnePlus Pad 2 listing says six.
  • Open the bank offers on the day you buy. I am not going to invent a cashback figure for a card I cannot see on your account.

Under ₹20,000, and the Pad Go that was not

The Redmi Pad 2 is the budget name he gave. The Wi-Fi configuration with a live buy box was 4GB of RAM.

On the listing

  • 11-inch 2.5K LCD, 90Hz, 600 nits
  • 4GB RAM, 128GB, Wi-Fi
  • MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra, 9000mAh
  • Quad speakers, Dolby Atmos. Pen is supported, not listed in the box.

This is the Redmi that was actually under ₹20,000. Graphite Grey, Wi-Fi, ₹19,754 against an MRP of ₹21,999. The screen is the right size for the money, an 11-inch 2.5K LCD at 90Hz, with four speakers and a 9000mAh battery. The catch is the RAM. He asked for 6GB as a floor. This listing is 4GB. Fine for YouTube, a textbook PDF, and one browser. A poor idea if you keep class apps, WhatsApp, and a video running together. The page lists active pen support. The included line is the tablet, an adapter, a USB-C cable, and a SIM ejector tool, and the connectivity line is still Wi-Fi.

The 6GB Pad 2 that was in stock is the cellular one, and the radio is 4G.

Sky Blue Redmi Pad 2 with a 6GB RAM and 4G listing

On the listing

  • 11-inch 2.5K LCD, 90Hz
  • 6GB RAM, 128GB, Wi-Fi + 4G
  • Helio G100-Ultra, 9000mAh, quad speakers
  • Pen supported. The box list does not name a pen.

This is the Pad 2 that clears the 6GB line. Sky Blue, ₹23,999 against an MRP of ₹30,999. Same 11-inch 90Hz panel, same Helio G100-Ultra, same 9000mAh battery, four speakers. You are paying for a 4G SIM on top of Wi-Fi. It is not a 5G tablet. He generally prefers the Wi-Fi model, and on this generation the Wi-Fi model I could price was the 4GB one. If 6GB matters more than skipping the SIM, this is the page. The pen is support, not something I can put in the box from the listing.

The original OnePlus Pad Go, Twin Mint, 8GB and 128GB, Wi-Fi, said currently unavailable. I am not printing a price from an empty buy box. The page that is still up describes an 11.35-inch 2.4K LCD, 90Hz, a Helio G99, quad speakers, and an 8000mAh battery. That is a smaller screen and a smaller battery than the 12.1-inch, ~10,000mAh Pad Go in the video. The link is there so you can refresh it during early access. If it comes back near ₹20,000, it is the tablet he meant. If it comes back at a Pad Go 2 price, you already have that page below.

OnePlus Pad Go, 8GB/128GB Wi-Fi, Twin Mint, on AmazonAmazon

Under ₹30,000

Three tablets in this band were in stock with 8GB of RAM. One of them includes the pen. One of them is a bigger Redmi than the video's Pad 2. The Pad Go 2 sits at the top of the band, at ₹29,999, which is where the video's Pad Go description actually fits.

On the listing

  • 11-inch AMOLED, 120Hz
  • 8GB RAM, 128GB, Wi-Fi
  • MediaTek Dimensity 6300, 7040mAh
  • A different tablet from the Moto Tab G70 Pro in the video

The video's Motorola was a 13-inch G70 Pro on a Snapdragon. This buy box is a Pad 60 Neo: 11 inches, Wi-Fi, blue, 8GB and 128GB, ₹24,999 against an MRP of ₹50,000. The details table calls the panel AMOLED at 120Hz, names a Dimensity 6300, and lists a 7040mAh battery. Eight gigabytes and 120Hz at this sticker is why it is here. The chip is an everyday MediaTek, so a pile of split-screen apps will feel it. Read the title before you pay. It does not say G70 Pro.

On the listing

  • 11-inch 2.5K LCD, 90Hz, 500 nits
  • 8GB RAM, 256GB, Wi-Fi, expandable
  • Dimensity 6300, Android 15, 7040mAh
  • Pen is in the included-components list. Quad speakers.

This is the under-₹30,000 Lenovo with a stylus already in the box. Grey, Wi-Fi, ₹27,548 against an MRP of ₹38,000. The screen is 11 inches, 2.5K, 90Hz, 500 nits. Storage is 256GB, which is the comfortable amount if you keep offline classes on the tablet. The chip is a Dimensity 6300, the same class as the cheap Motorola, so you are paying for the pen, the storage, and the screen, not for a flagship processor. The 5G listing of this Idea Tab was in stock at ₹31,999. Open that one only if you already know you want the SIM.

On the listing

  • 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD, 120Hz, 500 nits
  • 8GB RAM, 128GB, Wi-Fi
  • Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, 12000mAh
  • Quad speakers. Pen support is listed. The pen is a separate buy.

The Pad 2 Pro is a different tablet from the Pad 2, and the video did not separate them. I am separating them because the page does. 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD, 120Hz, 8GB and 128GB, Wi-Fi, Graphite Grey, ₹28,999 against an MRP of ₹39,999. About this item names a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. The battery line says 12000mAh, and there are four speakers. Pen support is on the page. The included list I read does not name the pen, so budget for it if notes are the point. For a big Wi-Fi Redmi near ₹30,000, I would open this before the 4GB Pad 2.

On the listing

  • 12.1-inch LCD, 2800 × 1980, 120Hz
  • 8GB RAM, 128GB, Wi-Fi, quad speakers
  • Dimensity 7300-Ultra, 10050mAh
  • Box list: tablet, charger, cable, guides. No pen.

He described a Pad Go under ₹20,000 with a 12.1-inch screen and a battery near 10,000mAh. The original Pad Go page was currently unavailable, and its own text describes an 11.35-inch 2.4K panel, 90Hz, a Helio G99, and 8000mAh. The tablet in stock with the large screen is this Pad Go 2, Shadow Black, at ₹29,999. There was no crossed-out MRP in the buy box. The page says 12.1 inches, 2800 × 1980, 120Hz, a Dimensity 7300-Ultra, 8GB and 128GB, four speakers, and 10050mAh. Lavender Drift was the same ₹29,999. It is a sensible big-screen Wi-Fi tablet. It is a ₹30,000 tablet.

From ₹30,000 to ₹40,000

This is where his hopes and the stickers split. The OnePlus Pad 2 was cheaper than the over-₹50,000 shelf he gave it. The Pad 7 was dearer than the under-₹30,000 shelf. The Pad Pro 5G never showed the ₹25,000 discount. The Pad 8 8GB model was the one that landed where he said it would.

On the listing

  • 12.1-inch LCD, 144Hz
  • 12GB RAM, 256GB
  • Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 9510mAh, six speakers
  • Title says Wi-Fi + cellular data sharing. No SIM slot was written on the page.

He filed the older Pad 2 above ₹50,000. The Nimbus Gray page was ₹31,999 against an MRP of ₹47,999, in stock. That is the surprise of this roundup. You get a 12.1-inch LCD at 144Hz, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 12GB and 256GB, a 9510mAh battery, and six speakers. The title says Wi-Fi plus cellular data sharing. I did not find a SIM slot written on the page, so read it as a Wi-Fi tablet that can borrow your phone's connection. Amazon's included-components field was an error string, so I will not tell you a pen is in the box. If you want the fastest chip I could actually price, start here.

  • 8GB RAM, 256GB, Snapdragon 7s Gen 2
  • 10000mAh, HyperOS, quad speakers
  • Smart Pen is discussed on the page. The box list does not start with a pen.

This is the 5G Redmi he pointed at. The hope that a discount would land it near ₹25,000 was not the sticker. Graphite Grey, 8GB and 256GB, ₹34,999 against an MRP of ₹39,999. The page gives you a 12.1-inch panel at 120Hz, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, 10000mAh, HyperOS, and four speakers. It also talks about the Redmi Smart Pen. The included-components line starts with the tablet, an adapter, a cable, and a guide, so I am treating the pen as extra. Open this when a SIM is a requirement. If it is not, the Wi-Fi Pad 2 Pro at ₹28,999 has the bigger battery.

  • S Pen is in the included list. Dual speakers, Dolby Atmos.

The Wi-Fi Tab S10 Lite, gray, 6GB and 128GB, was ₹35,999 against an MRP of ₹57,999. The percent-off on that MRP is on the page. The screen is 10.9 inches, 2112 × 1320, LCD, 90Hz, which is under the 11-inch size he wanted. The processor line says Exynos 1380. He called that chip weak. It is Samsung's everyday chip, and it will handle notes, class videos, and a browser. It will not feel like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in the Pad 2. What the others mostly charge extra for, Samsung puts in the box: the S Pen. The speakers are a stereo pair. The battery line says 8000mAh. Buy it for the pen and One UI, after you have priced the Lenovo that includes a pen at ₹27,548.

One unit was left when I opened this page. Bronze Green, 12GB and 256GB, ₹37,999 against an MRP of ₹48,999. The details say a 12.7-inch LCD, 2560 × 1600, 144Hz, and a Dimensity 8300. That is a large screen and a stronger MediaTek than the Neo. The video's Moto Tab G70 Pro was described as 13 inches, 3.5K, and a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. Those words are not on this listing. • Supports Focus Pen Pro. The pen is not in the box list.

The ₹40,000 Xiaomi in the video lands here, and the sticker was already ₹38,999 against an MRP of ₹51,999. Graphite Grey, 8GB and 128GB, Wi-Fi. The screen is an 11.2-inch 3.2K LCD at 144Hz, the chip on the spec table is the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, and the battery is 9200mAh, with four speakers. The title says it supports the Focus Pen Pro. The box list does not include one. A 12GB/256GB Titanium Blue page of the same Pad 8 was ₹46,999 against ₹56,999. Add the pen, or step up to the Creator's Edition below, before you decide ₹38,999 is the whole purchase. 128GB fills up if you keep films offline.

The 12GB and 256GB Pad 8, Titanium Blue, was ₹46,999 against an MRP of ₹56,999. Same idea, more RAM and storage, pen still extra. The Creator's Edition puts the Focus Pen Pro in the box: 12GB and 256GB, Graphite Grey, ₹51,999 against an MRP of ₹63,999. The nano-texture Creator's Edition was ₹53,999 against an MRP of ₹65,999. Price the pen before you call the ₹38,999 model complete.

  • Two units left. Pen is not in the box list.

He put the Pad 7 under ₹30,000. The page that was in stock is the Nano Texture model, Graphite Grey, 12GB and 256GB, Wi-Fi, at ₹39,999. Two units were left, and the buy box had no crossed-out MRP. The panel is an 11.2-inch LCD at 3200 × 2136 and 144Hz, the chip is a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, and the battery line says 8850mAh, with four speakers. The box list is the tablet, an adapter, a cable, a guide, and a warranty card. At this sticker the Pad 8 8GB model is the newer chip for less money, with less RAM. I would open that page before spending ₹39,999 on a Pad 7 that is nearly gone.

  • Pen Plus and keyboard are in the product title

He put an IdeaTab Pro 2 around ₹40,000 and talked about the display and the stylus. The listing in stock is the Gen 2, and the title's chip is the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, not an older generation. 13-inch LCD, 3.5K, 144Hz, 8GB and 256GB, 10200mAh, four JBL speakers, Wi-Fi 7. The title includes the Pen Plus and a keyboard. The buy box was ₹51,680 against an MRP of ₹90,000. The cut from that MRP is large, and the sticker is still above the band he named. The keyboard in the box is the reason to pay it. Eight gigabytes is the limit on an otherwise heavy sheet. If you will not use the keyboard, the Pad 8 at ₹38,999 is the cheaper way to get an 8s Gen 4.

A Xiaomi Pad 6 did not show up as a tablet. I searched Amazon's computers results for Xiaomi Pad 6 and got nine hits. The Pad 6 result was a cover. Newer Pads were in the same results. I am not linking a case, and I am not printing ₹38,999 as today's price for a page I could not open. If a Pad 6 Wi-Fi listing returns during the sale with a Snapdragon 870 and a sticker under ₹35,000, that is the all-rounder he was describing. Until that page exists, the Pad 8 at ₹38,999 is the Xiaomi I could price.

A OnePlus Pad 3 with a buy box did not turn up in the OnePlus results I opened. The OnePlus tablets I could price were the Pad Go 2 and the Pad 2. I am not going to borrow a Pad 3 price from an old snippet.

The iPad he put in the same budget

He said an 11th-generation iPad might show up near ₹40,000, and that an Air or a leftover M4 Pro was the premium buy, with the M5 already dearer. On 4 October the 128GB Wi-Fi 11th-generation page was unavailable. The 11th-generation iPad that was in stock was a 256GB cellular model at ₹79,900. That is a different purchase. Air and Pro stickers, and the empty M4 Pro pages, are in the iPad guide. I am not repeating those cards here.

What I would buy

  • YouTube and a tight budget, and you can live with 4GB: Redmi Pad 2 Wi-Fi at ₹19,754. If 6GB is the rule, the Sky Blue 4G model at ₹23,999.
  • 8GB, 120Hz, under ₹25,000, and you have read the name: Motorola Pad 60 Neo Wi-Fi at ₹24,999. The chip is a Dimensity 6300.
  • Notes, and the pen has to be in the box: Lenovo Idea Tab Wi-Fi at ₹27,548. The Samsung at ₹35,999 is the other pen-in-the-box option, on a 10.9-inch screen with an Exynos 1380.
  • A big Wi-Fi screen near ₹30,000: Redmi Pad 2 Pro at ₹28,999, or the Pad Go 2 at ₹29,999 if you want the OnePlus software.
  • The fastest chip I could price: OnePlus Pad 2 at ₹31,999, 12GB, 144Hz, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Confirm you do not need a SIM.
  • You need 5G: Redmi Pad Pro 5G at ₹34,999. The ₹25,000 hope was not on the page.
  • A current Xiaomi around ₹40,000: Pad 8, 8GB/128GB, at ₹38,999, and then add the pen or step up to the Creator's Edition at ₹51,999 if you will write on it. The Pad 7 at ₹39,999 had two units left and an older chip.

These are the Amazon listing prices from 4 October 2026. The sale will move them. The tablet you take home is the one whose RAM, storage, Wi-Fi or SIM, and checkout total you read on the day, including the pen if the title does not already say it is in the box.

The Pad 2 Wi-Fi that was in stock is an 11-inch 90Hz tablet with 4GB of RAM at ₹19,754, on a Helio G100-Ultra. The 6GB Pad 2 was the 4G model at ₹23,999. The Pad 2 Pro is a 12.1-inch 120Hz Wi-Fi tablet with 8GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, and a 12000mAh battery, at ₹28,999. They are different products.

Is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite worth ₹35,999?+

The gray 6GB/128GB Wi-Fi listing was ₹35,999 against an MRP of ₹57,999, with the S Pen in the box, a 10.9-inch 90Hz LCD, and an Exynos 1380. Buy it if the included pen and One UI are the point. The screen is smaller than 11 inches, and the speakers are a pair. The Lenovo Idea Tab includes a pen at ₹27,548 on a Dimensity 6300.

Where is the Xiaomi Pad 6, and what about the Moto Tab G70 Pro?+

A Pad 6 tablet did not appear in the Amazon computers search I ran on 4 October. The Pad 6 hit was a cover, so there is no checked Pad 6 price here. A listing titled Moto Tab G70 Pro also did not come up. The Motorola pages with buy boxes were the Pad 60 Neo Wi-Fi at ₹24,999 and the Pad 60 Pro at ₹37,999, which the page lists as a 12.7-inch Dimensity 8300 tablet.

Should I buy the 5G tablet or the Wi-Fi model?+

Wi-Fi, unless the tablet needs its own SIM. The Redmi Pad Pro 5G was ₹34,999 for 8GB/256GB. The Wi-Fi Redmi Pad 2 Pro was ₹28,999. The Lenovo Idea Tab Wi-Fi was ₹27,548, and the 5G version was ₹31,999. The OnePlus Pad 2 title says cellular data sharing, and the page I read did not describe a SIM slot.

Do these Amazon links earn MaxSaving a commission?+

Yes. The product links use our Amazon Associates tag. The price you pay is the price Amazon charges. We do not add a fee, and a commission does not change which tablet is the right one. There is no Flipkart button, because there is no Flipkart affiliate tag on this site.

Merchant links on MaxSaving may earn us a commission when you buy. That does not change the price Amazon charges. Something in a listing look wrong? Tell the desk.
